  What is a webinar?  
  A webinar is a seminar that you attend at your computer via the internet.  Phoenix webinars differ from other webinars because there were specifically designed to be conducted in this media.  Through the use of online tools, and streaming video, Phoenix webinars are as close to being in a live classroom as you can be without leaving your workspace.

  How does it work?  
  Phoenix webinars are very simple.  You'll receive a link and toll free phone number to call.  Click on the link and call the number.  You'll see the training document and listen to the trainer.  At the end of the session, there's even a live Q&A.

  Why can't I just listen through my computer?  
  Our experience is that Voice Over IP (VoIP) tends to create static and an inconsistent sound.  that's why we've chosen to provide toll-free

  What if I can't call long distance from my workspace?  
  Phoenix is providing toll-free calling into the webinar system so that anyone can call without long distance charges or using personal cell phone minutes.

  Will l be able to ask questions?  
  Absolutely!  Phoenix webinars are two way communication.  Although most of the time you'll be muted because background sounds are magnified over the phone, at the end of the webinar you'll be able to be unmuted and have the chance to ask a question directly to the instructor.

  What are the computer requirements?  
  Any windows based PC will work.  You should have a cable modem rather than dialup.  Mac computers are OK, although we have have limited issues with them.

  What if I can't make it to the webinar on the scheduled date?  
  If you're unable to make it to the webinar you've purchased, simply let us know at webinars@phoenixgrouphc.com and we'll schedule you for another session.
